Got back from Brisbane today and saw the carpenter on site doing all the doors including the pivot front door and trifold doors at the back of the property. The stairs are in and look great. The site supervisor said it could be 6.5wks before IOC. Exciting! Can’t wait.

May 19th

Big couple of weeks. Clarendon now trying to minimise the delay in completion. Estimated 5wks over contract. Gyprock completed in 3 days, cabling in, insulation in, electrical in, down pipes in, sewer and gas connections done. Next carpentry – cornices, skirting and sanding. Bulkhead in kitchen not correct. It has no nook so they will have to pull frame and gyprock apart to redesign unfortunately.

May 9th

Move in update …… 10 weeks from 16th May, bringing us to beginning of August at the earliest for a moving date. If we start the pool end August we are looking at end November before we can use the pool which means it will be ready for Christmas. 

May 3rd

Scaffold down and carpenter and electrician due to start on Monday. Trifold door for rear of property has arrived.
