Welcome to our new blog. This is what we are building and on the land we purchased last year. Our dream is to be in by Easter next year. That would mean we would have to get council approval by Mid July, but we don’t think in reality this is going to happen. Our plans have to go to a council meeting because we are over +10% on the allowable floor space ratio (FSR). We will keep you in the loop and enjoy our updates. Thank you for reading our blog.
