Meeting with Council

We have had an issue with a tree on the nature strip so council have knocked back our plans twice now. Very frustrating but I think we had a step forward today after involving our lawyer, an arborist and two representatives from Clarendon. We are now 9.9% encroachment into a TPZ. 10% we gather is permissible under Australian Standards. We have done this by moving the house around on the land.
